At its fastest, Piiri has been adopted from idea to use by the entire staff in two days.
How does the implementation work?

The company provides: administrator information, logo, personnel listing, and languages needed. The company can test its own Piiri environment for one month free of charge and without obligation.

Piiri's team: creates a Piiri environment for the company and add staff information. We provide an hour long training for admin users on managing the application and review the desired Piiri environment settings with the company.

Invitations to staff: Logging into Piiri is done using phone numbers and users receive an invitation via text message. Logging in is quick and easy, and does not require usernames or remembering passwords.

Updates and ongoing support: We offer free ongoing support to admin users. The application is updated 4-6 times a year and the company can take advantage of all new features for the same price.

A one-hour training session is enough to learn how to manage Piiri. If the company wants its own test environment, testers are given a short 30-minute introduction and instructions that will help them manage Piiri on a basic level.
